To the families of Wisconsin Senate District 1,
I am running for State Senate because I believe faith in God, strong families, and conservative values are the foundation of strong communities. As a working mom raising my children in De Pere, I know firsthand the pressures families are facing. That’s why I’m making a clear commitment to the people of Door, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Brown, Calumet, and Outagamie Counties:
I pledge to put Wisconsin Families First in every vote I take.
I will not prioritize insider political alliances or maneuvering to gain favor over the needs of the families I represent. While I understand the importance of building relationships to get things done in Madison, and while I value building bridges with valuable organizations and individuals – those relationships will always come second to doing what is right for the people of this district.
I will be accountable to the families I serve. Here’s what this looks like in practice.
I commit to holding a quarterly town hall in a different location each quarter, so residents can share their concerns directly with me in a welcoming environment. It will be organized, effective, and you will find me engaged and ready to listen. I will take the details from these sessions and use them to inform my work in Madison.
Then, I will produce and share monthly accountability reports that track my work in Madison. These reports will be straightforward and self-generated, drawing on my private sector experience to deliver clear, results-focused updates rather than political spin.
I have worked at multiple levels of government on complex issues. I know how to navigate the system, build relationships, and deliver results. However, I will always remember who I work for: the families of Northeast Wisconsin.
This is my promise.
I will fight every day to make sure the voices of moms, dads, small business owners, and family farmers are heard loudest in Madison.
